Cannot Proceed Checkout Process

Please refer solutions below if you are not able to proceed your checkout process.
Our checkout process contains these 3 steps:

  • Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information
  • Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information
  • Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation

If you keep staying in Step1 screen even after you clicked "Next Step" button on the top or the bottom of the page, please check your zip code of shipping address again. The zip code must be in numeral numbers. Please make sure you are not using alphabetical characters, such as "O (as in Owl)" instead "0 (Zero)", or double byte characters used in Japanese, Korean or Chinese.

If you are having any other technical difficulties in order to place an order, please contact us by submitting a ticket or by phone at (619) 702-1702 with the information as below:

  • Details of the issue (e.g. in what step do you stuck with)
  • Your operation system of your PC or Mac with its version (e.g. Windows XP Home sevice pack 2, Mac OS X)
  • Your browser software with its version (e.g. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.5)
